TALLINN(BNS) - Most of the peacekeepers who returned from a mission in Bosnia in April have received their vacation pay after several months of waiting, and discontent among soldiers at the Peace Operations Center in Paldiski has decreased.Ants Noormae, aide to the chief of ROK, said four peacekeepers had resigned because of the delay in the payment of vacation money.
