RIGA (BNS) - An off-duty security police officer shot two people dead and wounded three others in a bar in the town of Jelgava in the early hours of March 27.Dairis Filipovs was detained by police shortly after the shootings in Jelgava, some 40 kilometers southwest of Riga.
