LATVIA ISSUES EUROBONDS: Latvia has authorized Credit Suisse First Boston International Bank to organize an emission of Eurobonds worth 150 million euros. The bonds will mature in five years and will be issued after an international road show in April. The Finance Ministry said the bonds will be issued to raise resources to cover the fiscal deficit of the aggregate state budget.
