Russian military in no hurry to leave

TALLINN (BNS) - Although they were promised apartments in Russia, funded by United States money, one-fifth of former Russian military officers in Estonia have yet to leave the country.Statistics from an Estonian government commission that deals with retired foreign military personnel show that 399 retired Russian officers or non-commissioned officers still remain in Estonia despite having received apartments in Russia built with U.S. money, the Eesti Paevaleht daily reported.The United States made granting of the apartments to ex-Soviet military men conditional on their moving to Russia."So...
