They say the Irish know how to party, but you should see the Lithuanians - or better yet, the Irish in Lithuania. Peter J. Mladineo saw it all up close this past St. Patrick's Day.It was proof that it doesn't take very many Irish to make a party - let alone a parade. The vast majority of Lithuania's Irish community (a whopping 25 strong) came together on March 17 to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. Lofting provincial flags and waving to beer-swilling supporters cheering from perches in buildings, the parading Irish and dozens of others marched up Gedimino Prospect from the Lithuanian Parliament...
