RIGA - The wheels of justice move slowly, but after lengthy delays they are turning again in a trial with weighty political overtones. On March 23, legal argument in the Andris Skele vs. Vilis Seleckis double slander suit centered on several newspapers involved in the process.Prior to last year's elections, journalist Seleckis published a book called "Andris Skele - Legends and Truth" that accused the former prime minister of corruption and dictatorial tendencies.
