TALLINN (BNS) - Representatives of the Coalition Party's local organizations in Tallinn voted March 15 to back the nomination of Peeter Lepp, chairman of the party's faction in the municipal council, as mayor of Tallinn.Current Mayor Ivi Eenmaa won a seat in the Parliament on the Coalition Party's ticket in the March 7 general elections and will have to be replaced in City Hall.The City Hall's Coalition Party faction leader Alar Rasta said support for Lepp was unanimous.A scheduled session of the Tallinn city government didn't take place March 15 because the election of several top municipa...
