TALLINN (BNS) - A prosecutor March 15 appealed the decision of a Tallinn court to acquit Reform Party leader Siim Kallas on charged related to a failed investment deal during his time as Bank of Estonia president.Prosecutor Jaan Naaber told the Baltic News Service he had protested the court's ruling and wanted a district court to convict Kallas and his co-defendant for their role in the deal.Kallas, whose party is a member of a group of three center-right parties that expect to form the new Estonian government, declined an offer to take the seat of prime minister because of the possibility ...
