RIGA (BNS) - Estonia's left-wing forces did not repeat the election success of their counterparts in Latvia because they were not able to consolidate their forces before the polls.So says Janis Jurkans, leader of Latvia's "For Equal Rights in a United Latvia," which surprised the country last October by winning 16 seats in Latvia's 100-member Parliament.The Russian-speaking party, the Estonian United People's Party, just managed to slip into Parliament at elections March 7, gaining six seats.The United People's Party, however, could not reach an agreement with Estonia's other Russian-speaki...
