VILNIUS - March 4 is not just another celebration around these parts. The day of St. Casimir, patron saint of Lithuania is on a par with St. Patrick's Day in Ireland.The day is one of celebration. In Vilnius, a huge fair is held each year on Pilies Street in the Old Town and at Kalvarijos Market. This year, the festivities will occupy the entire weekend of March 5 to March 7.
