RIGA Ñ Members of the Chechen mafia threatened to cut off the head of Daira Silava, president of the Latvian Models Association, if she did not smuggle a package of cocaine to Riga, according to Silava's lawyer Ligita Zorgevica. Silava was charged with drug smuggling on Jan. 30 after police at Riga International Airport, acting on a tip, found close to two kilos of cocaine in her possession.
