Baltic presidents: time for NATO to name names

TALLINN - At a meeting in the Estonian capital of Tallinn Feb. 18, the presidents of the three Baltic republics signed an agreement last week that urges NATO to come clean on their countries' chances of being invited to the security organization at NATO's summit in Washington this April."Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania think the forthcoming Washington summit must give a firm, single-minded statement that enlargement will continue and that the Baltic states will be in the next round of enlargement," said Estonian President Lennart Meri.
