RIGA (BNS) - After the Riga District Court ruled Feb. 15 that Tatyana Zdanok was an active Communist Party member after Jan. 13, 1991, her Riga City Council's deputy mandate may be repealed.After the court announced its decision, Zdanok said she believes the ruling is a political order.
