People come to the Baltics for all kinds of reasons, but very rarely does a person say that he came to bring flamenco to the Estonian people. But if religious people can bring the Bible, why can't a dancer bring a dance that for many is akin to religion? Hannele Toumipuu is a flamenco instructor from the Baile Flamenco dance studio (see related story) who settled in Estonia this January.
