Riga's circus is celebrating its 110th anniversary in style even though it hardly marked its 100th. Katya Cengel takes a look at the oddities under the round roof.In the fall of 1989, Lolita Lipinska, the managing director of Riga's Circus, went to the library to find out what shows had been performed when the circus first opened 100 years before.
