RIGA - The post of National Armed Forces Commander, which has been vacant since the resignation of Juris Eihmanis over the so-called "apartment affair," looks set to be filled by someone else connected to the corruption scandal.By a majority vote, Parliament's defense and interior commission supported the appointment of Raimonds Graube to the position Jan. 13.
