TALLINN - Voters can expect to see smiling politicians beaming benevolently from TV screens and posters over the next month, but will the faces of those sponsoring their multi-million kroon election campaigns remain concealed? Parties have declared they will begin their political campaigns, with TV and radio slots, outdoor events, posters and leaflets, at the beginning of February.
