RIGA - A phony interview with NATO Secretary General Javier Solana published in a Russian-language newspaper last week has swelled into a crisis of sorts for Latvia's largest political party, Latvia's Way.The interview, which NATO called "a total fabrication," was printed Jan. 11 in the Respublika newspaper and has Solana questioning Latvia's commitment to democracy.
