ESTONIAN FERRY GETS HIGH SAFETY MARKS: Western safety experts have named the Regina Baltica ferry, operated by Estline, one of the safest ships in Europe. Independent experts from Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands checked 30 European ferries in 1998 for compliance with the international convention for safety of life at sea, the nautical journal Wheelhouse reported.
