TALLINN - One man was killed and three injured when a bomb exploded Dec. 28 at the central market in Tallinn. Local newspapers are calling the blast the result of corruption among market officials. The bomb went off at 7:23 a.m. and killed Alar Vetemaa , 34, who was helping two farmers hawk their meat products.
