Raj Chaudhary, retired Wing Commander of the Indian armed forces, opened his Indian restaurant "Sue's Indian Raja" in Vilnius last spring. This will be his first Christmas in Lithuania. Chaudhary hoped to start his new restaurant in Klaipeda on Christmas day, but the project was delayed when his brother back in India died in a car accident.But the 61-year-old restaurant proprietor is still looking for a cheerful holiday in spite of his family's tragedy.
