Estonia presses on with WTO talks

TALLINN (BNS) - Estonia is continuing talks with the World Trade Organization, and officials are publicly hoping the country will become a member by 1999.The Estonian working group headed by Clyde Kull, the deputy secretary general at the Foreign Ministry, had accession talks with the WTO in Geneva Dec. 4.
