VILNIUS - Even though his country was not offered a date by which it can expect to begin membership talks, Lithuanian Prime Minister Gediminas Vagnorius came home from the EU summit in Vienna calm and collected."Everything depends on when the EU solves its own internal problems," Vagnorius said.
