Viido Polikarpus is a man of many talents. An illustrator with a published novel to his name, he writes songs, plays the guitar, sings and has even been spotted on a television talent show. But 52-year-old Polikarpus did not come to Estonia to perform. He was asked over by General Aleksander Einseln to work as an adviser for the General Staff.
