OPPOSITION PARTIES TOP POPULARITY LIST: A November poll by the Center of Sociological Studies in Estonia showed that most support is for the Pro Patria Union party. The Reform Party placed second in voters' affections and the Center Party third. The first two are opposition parties and the third has distanced itself from both the government and the opposition.
