TALLINN - Estonian security police have brought charges against a man wanted for three years on suspicion of dealing in arms. Igor Vassiljev, a former customs officer and employee of the SIA security firm, was charged with illegal possession of cartridges and sales of Tulski Tokarev handguns on Sept. 28, 1995.
