RIGA - A convicted murderer and one of his cell mates who escaped from Riga Central Prison by digging a hole in the wall are once again behind bars.The man considered to be the most dangerous of the two, 32-year-old Sergei Boryagin, was the first to be caught. He was serving a seven year jail sentence for rape, theft and murder.Police had a description of the car the escaped convict would be driving and knew he would be heading for Jurmala.
