Raj Chaudhary, a 61-year-old retired Wing Commander of the Indian armed forces, opened his Indian restaurant 'Sue's Indian Raja' in Vilnius last spring. So far, Vilnius dwellers have been pleased with the spice he has brought to their lives. Chaudhary, who had a business in Moscow several years ago, is happy that he moved to Lithuania before the Russian crisis began.
