RIGA - As mysteriously as they disappeared, two Latvian construction workers reappeared in Latvia Oct. 22 after being held captive by Chechen kidnappers for six months.Konstantin Pridorogin and Konstantin Risyev of the construction company Latvijas Tilti were released to Latvian authorities at the Nazrana Airport in Ingushetia Oct. 21.
