Laar bemoans delay in development plan

TALLINN (BNS) – Estonian Prime Minister Mart Laar, who met with members of the Parliament's European affairs committee June 14, admitted that the process of adopting a state development plan has been temporarily derailed."The writing of the state development plan, started under the previous government, has become a problem and work at it is stuck," Laar said.The prime minister said that adoption of the document in June is a priority of the government, as the opportunity of using pre-accession structural funds of the European Union depends on it.In connection with the program of action, the ...
