TALLINN (BNS) - Volunteer organizations from various Estonian towns and cities announced they will launch a pilot project aimed at getting children off the streets and into homes and classrooms.Nine different programs will receive a total of 900,000 kroons ($69,000) under the umbrella of the Open Estonia Foundation and the Belgian King Baudouin Fund.A panel chose nine out of 34 projects submitted to a competition announced by the two foundations.
