RIGA - Viagra, a potency drug to help get men to first base, became legally available in Latvia Oct. 13. Three wholesale pharmacies, Oriola, Tamro and Farmserviss can import and sell the prescription drug for erectile dysfunction (ED) with permission granted on a shipment-by-shipment basis, said state Pharmacy Agency Director Janis Ozolins.Each pill will cost from six to 7.40 lats ($10.34 to $12.76) depending on its strength.
