Bosnia is a special place for me. Life there and in Latvia is like being in two different worlds, but I was privileged not just to view it from the sidelines but to take part in the life of this country. My first visit was in July of this year to work for the OSCE on voter registration for national elections in September, when I served as a polling supervisor.
