LITHUANIAN TROOPS COULD JOIN NATO IN KOSOVO: The Lithuanian Foreign and Defense ministries have started contingency planning for Lithuania to contribute to a possible NATO operation in the Yugoslav province of Kosovo, according to government sources at the Foreign Ministry.
