KLAIPEDA - The year of the Dragon, 2012, is going to bring for Lithuanians several changes that will considerably impact their compatriots’ lives. Starting Jan. 1, the retirement age in Lithuania starts to gradually increase, electricity tariffs go up and, with the prices of Russian fuel not subdued, heating prices will hike in many municipalities, angering the populace which is unable to grasp why they creep up in a warm winter like this.
