Estonia will regulate abortion more closely

TALLINN - Estonia may finally have an organized set of laws to regulate abortion and sterilization. The Estonian Parliament is expected to vote the second week of October on a bill that would regulate both procedures throughout the country."Until the present time, performing of abortion and sterilization have not been regulated by law in the Republic of Estonia," said Siiri Oviir, member of the Parliament's Social Affairs Committee.
