Government offers aid package for businesses

TALLINN - After weeks of insisting that the economic problems in Russia would not affect the Estonian economy, the government re-evaluated its position last week. Responding to pressure from businesses affected by the crisis in Russia, the government announced last week it would develop an economic plan to help businesses cope with the problems created on the other side of the border.
