TALLINN - Reform party leader and ex-President of the Bank of Estonia Siim Kallas appeared in court after being charged in connection with the loss of $10 million from the former North Estonian Bank. Kallas is threatened with charges of abuse of power, submission of false information and preparing to embezzle. He appeared together with Urmas Kaju, former adviser to the Bank of Estonia.
