RIGA - A slogan from one election poster claiming, "this is not a political advertisement" has become an ironic joke for voters. As polling day approaches, the various candidates have unleashed an avalanche of propaganda on the airwaves, in the press, in leaflets, on the sides of public transport, and everywhere else you can paste a poster.The line quoted above belongs to the People's Party, whose advertising has probably gained the most public attention.
