Estonians join military exercise in Macedonia

TALLINN (BNS) - A 23-strong Estonian contingent has joined troops from NATO and partner nations for a peacekeeping exercise in the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, the Cooperative Best Effort Ô98.The exercise, which began Sept. 12, is designed to improve peacekeeping skills at squad level and to promote the solution of the Kosovo crisis, a press officer for the Estonian troops said.
