PM admits to intra-party power struggles

TALLINN - Although he has been high up in the Himalayas, apparent conflicts between ex-Prime Minister Tiit Vahi and Prime Minister Mart Siimann have been occupying political ground here in Estonia. Siimann, who is also leader of the Coalition Partty, admitted at a press conference Sept. 9, that there were serious differences of opinion and a power struggle within his party.
