Estonia hands in EU position papers

TALLINN - Estonia has reviewed the first 12 chapters of the European Union's body of legislation in preparation for entry talks to the EU and found nine of them acceptable, said Alar Streimann, deputy head of the Estonian delegation at the EU talks. The position paper is a document stating Estonia's views on EU laws and regulations. The document contains Estonia's position on 12 chapters of the European Union's body of legislation. The chapters include common foreign and security policy, education and training, consumer and health protection, science and research, fisheries and statistics. ...
