Oskars Cibulskis has handed Dinamo Riga a 2-1 overtime win over Dinamo Moscow in the first game of the Western Conference best of seven quarter finals. After taking a 1-0 lead in the second period, Dinamo Moscow struck back with just over five minutes remaining to send the opening game of the series into overtime.
