Sics brothers claim bronze in Paramanovo

 PARAMANOVO, Russia – Latvian brothers Juris and Andris Sics have claimed their first podium finish of the 2010/2011 Viessmann Luge World Cup by coming third in the men’s doubles in the penultimate round on Saturday. Racing on a brand new track in Paramanovo the brothers were slow during training runs but found their pace at the right time finishing with a combined time from their two runs of 1:33.450, 0.261 seconds behind eventual winners, Wolfgang and Andreas Linger of Austria. German’s Tobias Wendl and Tobias Arlt claimed the silver medal....
