Antalya, Turkey – Latvia has begun their 2011 football campaign with a win while Estonia had settled for a draw – both under the most peculiar of circumstances. Both the Latvian and Estonian games were played in the neutral venue of Turkey given that football can not be played in this part of the world in February.
