VILNIUS - While the parliament enjoyed its summer vacation and news slowed to a crawl, Lithuanian newspapers took to reporting on what MPs were doing on their holidays.It turns out most of the happy MPs were off picking mushrooms in the forests - an activity many say is far more gratifying than soaking up the sun on the beaches of Nida.Of course, that might be hard for Western observers to believe.
