AIDS treatment examined after death

TALLINN - An anonymous 35-year-old man last week became the 14th person in Estonia to die from complications due to AIDS. The death was the second this summer and refocuses attention on the debate over AIDS and drug treatment in Estonia just as parliament gets set to debate the new budget. "All the signs are very dangerous signs," said Nelli Kalikova, the director of the AIDS Prevention Center, who predicts that there will be an explosion of AIDS cases in the next few years.
