In an interview with Latvian director Laila Pakalnina, Alex De Leon takes a new look at the film "The Shoe."A somewhat naive local review of "The Shoe" a few weeks back described the film as "only interesting at the beginning," then becoming "tedious, boring and annoying with its slow stylized camera shots."
