Vilnius will change by 2005

VILNIUS - Vilnius residents can have their opinions heard on the shape of their city's development over the next five years. Architectural plans for the city's development until 2005 are displayed on the second floor of Vilnius municipal headquarters on Gedimino Avenue until Sept. 17. Anybody having ideas on land use and design can write down their suggestions and throw them into a special box near the plans.
