RUSSIAN ROCKETS: The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry has complained that Russia has not informed it about missile launching exercises scheduled for later this year in the Kaliningrad region. The ministry found out after Vladimir Yegorov, commander of the Baltic Fleet in the enclave, told the Kaliningrad mass media about it. "Lithuania normally informs its neighbors about military exercises in the country, and expects the same of neighboring states," said a senior Foreign Ministry official.
